"The Gap Between v2" by Dan Weintraub (Easy Listening Artist from Vermont(VT))

"The Gap Between v2" by Dan Weintraub is a collection of intimate folk and country songs. The lyrical content and guitar work are what makes this album stand out. You'll hear some polished, great sounding guitar progressions, and lyrics that are a bit on the dark side, yet well written and well delivered. Dan's personality certainly comes through in the music and his voice has a pleasant timbre. Highlights include "Beautiful Empty," which has some nice changes and lyrics that are a portrait of Dan's idea of carefree. "I'll Be Your Boyfriend, Paris Hilton" speaks for itself and lends itself to Dan's ability to laugh at himself. "Merely an Afterthought" wraps it up nicely, taking the tempo down a bit and without losing the concept. If you enjoy Folk music and clever songwriting with a twist of humor, pick this one up.

"Lost and Found" by Chris Demarco (Easy Listening/Pop artist from Georgia (GA))

"Lost and Found" by Chris Demarco is a heart warming contemporary rock album. Chris' vocals are rich and have a nice depth to them. The accompanying arrangements are softly driving and contain subtle variances, including a hint of country from time to time. The musicianship and production throughout the CD are very professional. "Love and Murder" is a fun track with spoken word and a 40's sound with a little twang. "I Don't Wanna Wake Up" is a "song about a girl" with a light Island sound. "Sail Away" features some nice vibrato and range in the vocals and leaves you with a sense of hope. If you enjoy softer adult rock, you'll enjoy this CD

"Angel" by Andrei Solodenko (Easy Listening Artist from New York(NY))

"Angel" by Andrei Solodenko is a journey through his poetic mind in the form of classic instruments joined with Adult Contemporary sounds. It is a virtual sound scape with beautiful melodies and strong piano progressions. Andrei's piano and synthesizer work on the CD are very impressive. The CD is great for relaxation, meditation or just soft listening. Highlights include "River of Love," which is filled with a lot of charisma and excellent sounding flute. "One Way Ticket" has a driving beat, nice fills and is power mixed with intrigue. "Rain in New York" features some soothing Trumpet work and effectively accomplishes the feel of '70's New York. If you like Mood Music and Adult Contemporary, you will surely like this album.
